Scrumptious Saturday ~ Pork Tenderloin
We had the most delicious pork tenderloin for supper last night. The tenderloin came from our humanely raised hogs and was tender and juicy.
Simple but oh so good recipe for baked tenderloin:
Italian bread crumbs
Put coconut oil into bread crumbs and then press onto both sides of tenderloin. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (or until there is no longer any pink in the center of the meat).
