2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Cups Flaked Salmon
*1 Cup Medium White Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup bread crumbs
Add lemon juice to salmon, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350 degrees until brown and set.
*Medium White Sauce
Melt two Tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Add 2 Tablespoons of flour and o cup of milk. Stir constantly until thick over low heat.
