Buttermilk Ranch Dressing




Buttermilk Ranch:

1 cup buttermilk or clabber
3 cups mayo
3-4 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon minced dried onion (or grated fresh onion to taste)
1 rounded tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Run through food processor, blender or mixer. Allow to chill for at least two hours before using.


Variation: Use chives in place of the parsley and onion.

Sounds yummy, going to have to try this! Have any idea how long it keeps in the fridge? Or should I only make what we would eat for a few days?

Wish we had lettuce in our garden, so we could have it every day! LOL With my gardening skills...or lack of them...we couldn't get it to grow last year, so didn't try it this year.
